Dina A. Bartello is a career fundraiser with more than 20 years of nonprofit fundraising experience having raised over $250 million across a variety of local and national organizations to include the Debbie Allen Dance Academy, Project Angel Food, AIDS Project Los Angeles, The AVON Breast Cancer 3-Day Walk Series, The American Lung Association, and, The Oakland Symphony.

She has worked in all aspects of non-profit development, from project managing fundraising events to leading campaigns aimed at annual giving and major gifts. Dina has also successfully obtained grant funding from governmental agencies to corporate and private foundations.

She has supervised marketing and awareness campaigns ranging from direct mail and mass market events to social media and donor engagement. In her last position, she increased her organization’s operating budget by 15% when other arts organizations were struggling to keep their doors open due to the effects of COVID.

Dina holds an MA in Public Policy from UCLA.
